do i need both adobe getPlusPlus 16291 & getPlusPlus Adobe 16287
both adobe getPlusPlus 16291 & getPlusPlus for Adobe 16287 show up in the plugin checker but (adobe getPlusPlus 16287) does not show up in my plugins list, should be abe to remove it but unsure if both versions are needed

You don't need either of them. It is a download manager that is not really required to install Adobe software. To uninstall it do this:
- In the Windows control panel Add/Remove Programs section, remove the ‘Mozilla GetPlusPlus’ plugin
- Using Windows Explorer search for the file named np_gp.dll and delete it if you find it
