Firefox 3.6.12 is the current browser. In the past all of 3.6 versions have been used. This scrolling problem has been in effect for a long time with version 3.6.

Scrolling is effective via arrow keys. I just discovered this factor.

Mouse is number 848nm stated on the bottom.
