this is the Id and signature ID: e82a0474-b9c1-4339-b8a8-9675d2101220 Signature: MultiByteToWideChar But when I search for help there is nothing! My firefox crashes sometimes when I open it or sometimes when I try to go to a certain link but regardless it eventually crashes. I am not sure what to do or if this can be remedied but any help will be greatly appreciated

This may be a problem with malware (jkjiji.dll). I also see vtrqno.dll in the modules list. A Google search shows that both are malware.

Do a malware check with some malware scan programs.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database before doing a scan.

See also "Spyware on Windows": http://kb.mozillazine.org/Popups_not_blocked and What to do when searches take you to the wrong search website

If you can't fix it with the above listed scanners then you need to ask advise on one of the forums that specialize in malware removal mentioned in the Popups_not_blocked article.
