Multiple blank tabs open when I use "contact us" on websites
As many as 96 Untitled tabs open when I'm on a website and use the "contact us" option. Then I can't see how to close them all out, and can not contact anyone ever when this happens. It is happening way to frequently. Please help!

You will probably have the mailto protocol set to "Use Firefox". For details of how to fix that see the "Change the action for a content type" section of the Firefox repeatedly opens empty tabs or windows after you click on a link article.
