Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

I apologize about that ,It seems that the problem isn't from your Mozilla-Firefox browser but could you tell me if there are any programs that I need to install to load the Captcha Images ... what are the necessary programs to load this images?

Firefox shouldn't have any problems to display a CAPTCHA.

Did you check your security software (firewall) to make sure that it isn't blocking those images?

You can also try to enable third-party cookies if those are currently disabled.

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: [X] "Accept third-party cookies"
