cannot find how to add new Tag, delete, edit Tags. Library does not give me this option.
I have created Tags in the past but now cannot find how to add or delete Tags. I searched for answers, tried to follow instructions but tells me you can do this thru Library. I have a Mac, it does not have the plus / minus signs as shows in screenshot answer, seems like it's geared to pc's. It does not give you the option to add Tags in this manner... can't find how to do it, what am i missing? thanks!!

Done on each bookmark. New tags get added to "Tags" list in the Library window.

The articles should detect the OS on the system you are using to load the page. Look on the right side of the page for the OS detected; if necessary change the OS by clicking on the OS displayed.
thank you - i was wanting to add a whole new Tag, then move some links to that new tag. figured it out, when you go to a website, bookmark it, then refine the bookmark, at bottom you can just type a new Tag in that window instead of just checking off the Tags you want.
For changing Tags, i get it now, how to change the Tags is under library then select the link then check or uncheck the apropriate Tags. Thanks for helping me to get it!! :)
