Nothing happens when I click on the friefox icon this morning. I have been using it successfully for the past year or so until now. I am worried about uninstalling and reinstalling because i desperatly don't want to lose my bookmarks. Please help!?
Firefox seems unresponsive today and I can't open a webpage (I'm using explorer to write this). I have followed the advice on the trouble shoot page and nothing has helped or applied to my problem. If I uninstall (to reinstall) I do not want to lose the bookmarks I have built up. I am using windows 7 on a Dell laptop.

I have also been having a problem I thought it was me or my computeras I am not really that good with my computer ,Also there are pages that I try to go to hat says pages busy or moved can not connect,but I can from explorer.
