It seems to happen on websites when you go to Click on something it takes up to 3-4 times to actually get it to click. The screen does this little shake, the best way to describe it, and the tab up top flashes, almost like its a split second not respond loop, does it 3-4 times then it clicks... but its not a once in a while problem it is Constant.
