cannot print from the browser. could last night but not this morning. can print from MS word

I can print from 5.0 on my laptop but not 6.01 on my desktop. When I click on the print button it fails to even open the print dialog box.

Try to reinstall an updated version of the firefox browser.

No reinstall, just go to Help and open About Firefox. It will update to 6.0.2

But I don't recall an issue for printers being fixed for 6.0.2

More than likely on of your Add-ons have updated and is causing the issue. Try Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode

I just down loaded firefox but there is not a button to print my email
