I want to have multiple shortcuts on my desktop to open multiple different windows with multiple different tabs

So what I want to have is 3 (or any number) of shortcuts on My Win Vista x64 and (or Win 7 x64) desktop.

These shortcuts can be links to other files on the hard drive, each shortcut opens a new and different firefox window.

Each window will open with a specific 4-10 (or whatever number) of tabs open.

If it can fill in usernames and passwords too that would be awesome.

Any ideas?
