One thing you could try is NoScript -- it blocks all JavaScript, Flash, etc on all sites. Of course, there are some sites where you actually *want* that stuff to work, so you can whitelist whatever domains you want. But all the random Flash ads and annoying JavaScript popups will go away, and the plugins will use a lot less memory on most pages, since the browser won't even call them.
so im computer illiterate so just go to NoScript . com and its easy to get take care of?
