Why do my apps disappear everytime a new Firefox version downloads.
Every time I download a new version of Firefox all the Apps that I set up on my toolbar disappear. How can I get them to reappear without going through the whole operation of adding them one at a time every time a new version of Firefox is downloaded?

App (pinned) tabs and Tab Groups (Panorama) are stored as part of the session data [1] in the file sessionstore.js [2] in the Firefox profile folder [3].

It is also possible to use the "Show my windows and tabs from last time" setting, that is usually a more reliable way to restore session data.
