Yes, I am using Persona in the 7.0.1 version of firefox..

Do you have the Add-ons bar (Ctrl+/) or the Find bar (Ctrl+F) enabled?

If there is no toolbar at the bottom then there is nothing to display the footer.

thank you so much.. Your last bit of advice worked out perfectly.. I still dont see the little fox mask but I do see the footer...

Was that Fox mask added by an extension (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) ?

Did you check the Customize window?

Open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout"
