I like Firefox..... I like the new version of Firefox. I DESPISE having the enter library card numbers and passwords every time.....

HOW do I get Firefox to store this information?

YES, FF is set to store passwords. NO, there's no exception.

I'm finding it VERY hard to believe the library is security conscious enough to make their software refuse to let me store the card numbers, so HOW do I MAKE FF ask for the information and keep the information?

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in permanent Private Browsing mode.

To see all History and Cookie settings, choose: Tools > Options > Privacy, choose the setting Firefox will: Use custom settings for history

  • Deselect: [ ] "Always use private browsing mode"
