I don't know what I hit while in firefox, however, the look of my aol emails changed & when I go to FB, I can no longer see pictures that I have loaded. HELP!

I empty the cache & cookies ... then, everything changed on my aol settings ... black lines on the list of new emails ... black boxes around items on FB ... no access to my photo albums on FB ... etc.
