hello Money2ski, could you specify how far the installation process is actually going - is the setup wizard (pictured in step 4 at [[Install Firefox on Windows]]) showing up? some general troubleshooting advice for installing firefox: one thing you can always try is to right-click the setup file and run it as administrator. in case this doesn't work either try temporarily suspending the security programs you're using. in some cases it can also be malware active on a pc that is preventing the installation of firefox - please also do a full scan of your system with the security software already in place and/or a different tool like the [http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free free version of malwarebytes].
