Your installed plugins should be listed in the Tools -> Add-ons ->Plugins list. See:
To check for updates to all detected plugins, visit http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/
If Java is not detected (the Plugin Check page will display a "Missing Java? ..." message) see:
- Use the Java plugin to view interactive content on websites
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Java#On_Windows
If the Flash plugin is not detected, see:
Go to your Profile Folder (Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data will show you how to get there) and delete pluginreg.dat.
Then, open firefox and make sure you plugins are enabled.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

I wasn't able to view before!
Thanks for posting back that you figured it out yourself, that you had disabled all your plugins by mistake. I'm glad that the solution was as simple as clicking the "Enable" button for all your disabled plugins in the Add-ons Manager!
