I am on a Mac..up until a few days ago -before I upgraded my Firefox to 19.02 - Download Helper on Youtube was working fine.

Since the upgrade, nothing happens when I click on any of the drop-down menus. The tri-balls on the bottom right are grayed out but are in colour on the Youtube page.

Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

hello, please update the extension to its latest version or if this doesn't solve the issue directly contact the extension developers through the means provided at their homepage - they can likely give you more detailed guidance and are the only ones who can fix bugs or make necessary adjustments in the addon for new firefox versions. thank you...
