In utf 8 encoding, ş ğ i ö ç characters in bold format shows double.( turkish alphabet). This bug becomes in only Samsung devices.
For example bold ç has double ç on to on. Not bold. But it becomes in only Samsung devices. Tablets and smart phones. All of them.

For example www.hurriyet.com.tr This is a Turkish newspaper link. You will see if you save as pdf the home. Thank you. ( Meanwhile I use Galaxy note 10.1 with jb 4.1.2 tur., now. But before this, galaxy s3 had same bug, as well.)
Motorola xoom or lenovo tablets has not this bug and this bug becomes in firefox save as pdf option, only. Thank you again.
i check in Samsung S2 JB 4.1.2, its working and showing fine..
Try with Firefox Beta
Try installing "Adobe Reader" from the Play Store and use that for reading the PDF. We have seen that some PDF readers do not do a good job of reading PDFs.(Polaris Office among others).
