I am running Windows XP on my computer with Mozilla Firefox 20.0 and each time I start my computer I get the above error. I would like to know what I have to do to get rid of that error window when I start up my computer.

I'm assuming you see this error well before you start up Firefox?

Microsoft has a couple of tools to see what programs are trying to start when you start Windows, and stop them from doing so.

(1) MSCONFIG
