I'm not really sure if it's still possible to recover of so much time, but one thing I suggest is to download Session Manager ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/session-manager/ ).

It will save and make backups of your session all the time, and if something like closing FF with another window opened, you can at least get a session that was really close to that one.
