google doesn't load on second window

Just today I noticed that after opening Firefox when I open Google to second window it only gives blank page. All other pages work normally and after loading Google to that blank page, every time after the second opens just fine.

Any ideas what is going on and how to fix it?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window or otherwise make changes.
