My new Toshiba laptop won't allow me to download Firefox

I clicked RUN, but never got the Firefox Setup Wizard.

Have you tried launching the installer to your download folder, you can also try the old fashioned installer

This will still give you the latest version.

are you downloading from getfirefox.com .... or mozilla.org
