The same moment I suddenly had a Tab bar, which annoyingly no longer can be removed, the Navigation bar background has no longer Windows 7 Aero theme transparency. The window, Menu bar and the new forced upon Tab bar do have the transparency, but not the Navigation bar.

How can this be fixed since it looks really bad. Or is this an omission in the v23?
