On your desktop, you should find a folder named Old Firefox Data. What you need is somewhere in that folder but the trick is knowing exactly what to copy over to your new settings folder so that everything is restored properly. I don't use this add-on myself.

Is this your support thread: How can I find my FVD Speed Dial with full Online Sync bookmarks after a reset of Firefox? Hopefully someone will answer that.
