Recently a problem has come up, wherein updates are flagged up but I am no longer able to download them, what has changed that is causing this?
I am running Firefox 21.) of an apple Mac OS 10.6.8
I regularly get update alerts for Firefox. In the past I would accept these and click to download. This all worked faultlessly. However for the past few months when I click on download all seems as usual at first with the normal progress screen. However the screen shows no progress no matter for how long I leave it. No downloads are completed.

hello, i'm not sure what may be at the root of the problem, but for the moment please download the full installer from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ and install it on top of your current version to get up-to-date (this won't affect your bookmarks, passwords and personal settings).
