retrieve synched bookmarks from firefox for android
i had a total hard drive failure and had to buy a replacement, my bookmarks were synched whith my android tablet and i can still access them there. how do i setup foxmarks in the new windows pc so that it restores those synched bookmarks?

Foxmarks was renamed to Xmarks 4 or 5 years ago.

i am not using xmarks i am using firefox synch.
can i set up xmarks on my tablet and use it so it grabs the (now non existant) pc bookmarks (which do show on my tablet)?
You mentioned foxmarks.

You need to add that "device" to your existing Sync account.

Gah. my mistake, i was googling for a solution and foxmarks was mentioned several times...
how do i set up the new device so it retrieves not overwrites the synched bookmarks (happened to me once before, pretty sure it was my mistake)
Select what you want to do in the bottom part of the Sync Options dialog. Replace all data on this device with my Sync data.
