I'm trying to sort out my laptop as it's been acting very strangely. I have gone into security toolbar settings and it is showing my default email. this is not my email and hasn't been for over 18 moths. how do i correct this? and are there any other personal pieces of info which you have wrong? and why can I not find an easy way to contact you/

Doesn't sound like a standard part of Firefox. Maybe it's an add-on?
Can you provide a screenshot of that security toolbar settings window?

It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.
Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
