Hi,

Sorry that you have encountered this issue. It looks like it's an issue related to Outlook and we are aware of the bug. See: Blank URL in Outlook

I'll recommend trying to open the email with a different email reader while the engineers fix the problem.

Thanks for getting back to me on this - I hadn't considered that Outlook might be a factor. Problem solved.
