I noticed your System Details looks very light/empty. Can you give us the troubleshooting information from the Firefox installation that's having problems. This is an essential step in troubleshooting.

• Click the Firefox button at the top left, then click the Help menu and select Troubleshooting Information from the sub-menu. If you don't have a Firefox button, click the Help menu at the top and select Troubleshooting Information from the menu.

Now, a new tab containing your troubleshooting information should open.

• At the top of the page, you should see a button that says "Copy text to clipboard". Click it.
• Now, go back to your forum post and click inside the reply box. Press Ctrl+V to paste all the information you copied into the forum post.

HD Streamer is adware. I see it in your Extensions list. It's usually in the C:\Program Files\HD Streamer\ directory along with two other .exes

• C:\Program Files\HD Streamer\uninstall.exe
• C:\Program Files\HD Streamer\HD Streamer.exe

It's ridiculously easy to get rid of this. Two steps

1. Uninstall HD Streamer from your Control Panel (Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a Program)
2. Uninstall the extension from Firefox (Go to The image "new fx menu" does not exist. > Addons > Extensions

Yes i saw it just before you answerd, it helped, i dont know hot i got there, dont remember installing it.

Usually they're installed when you downloaded something that's 3rd party such as UTorrent or something similar and it's bundled with something.
