Can you please post the system error/warning? That might help to get the issue in detail.

Hi careyman1941, The Firefox for Android app needs to have an option enabled in order to download the app outside of the play store. If you downloaded outside, you may have to enable Device administration, under security to temporarily allow Unknown sources.
