Buttons stop working until you refresh

The RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension (installed with RealPlayer) can make form buttons only work once. This problem normally happens when you submit a form (like a web search) and then press Back and try to search again. The button will start working after you revisit or refresh the page. Disabling or uninstalling this extension will fix the problem. For instructions on how to disable extensions, see #Managing extensions.
