Hello, Sorry I do not know English well. I saw in the new version of Firefox that we could add icons on the toolbars. So I added the "Tab Groups" icon on which I then clicked. Results: I lost all my tabs, trying to leave the new display that was open. I find unfortunate choice the Tab Groups window with a cross on top right. A beginner every time will click on this cross to return to its tabs and in fact will all lose. Thank you for your attention.

Ok thank you. I forgot to say that I use the Tab Mix Plus extension and with your indications I thought to see his options. I found the maximum number of closed tabs kept in memory were 12 : I forced it to 50. But with this new tool Tab Groups, it seems this option becomes less useful. Again thank you.

Hi klod2.0, When you click on the tab group button, all of the tabs are still there, they are just in a different view.

Check out the features in more detail with this article: Use Tab Groups to organize a lot of tabs

Sorry but my tabs have really disappeared. I have since learned to use Tab Group button, exit and return. But as I tell you, I was beginner and I accidentally clicked on the small cross which closes the tab group, and as it was a single group, all my tabs (around 40) were closed.

Ok, there is a button History > Recently closed tabs to choose from and open them back up.

If you have already started firefox again, you would have to find them in the History Manager.
