Chosen solution

What type of links are those?

AFAIK, there is HTML code specific to opening in a new tab, like there is for opening a new window. Please enlighten me if that is something new to HTML5 that I haven't read about.

Now, Firefox has a preference in Options > Tabs for Open new windows in a new tab instead - do you have that pref check-marked?
