I want to archive multiple messages into one archive folder. How do I select more than one message at a time?

Chosen solution

To select a block of eg: 10 emails.

  • click on first email
  • hold down shift key and click on last email.
  • this will highlight all in between

To hightlight all emails in a folder.

  • click on first email to get focus.
  • press and hold down 'Ctrl' key and press 'A' key
  • this will highlight all emails.

To select various emails:

  • press and hold down 'Ctrl' key and then use mouse to select various emails
  • they will appear as 'conversations in the Message Pane
  • click on Archive button.
