I've gone to Netflix support 3 times. They say there is an on-going issue with Netflix not playing on Mozilla Firefox. Up until this afternoon, it had worked fine with no problems for years. I have the most recent firefox on a personal computer Windows 7 Home Premium. Netflix will run on IE, but I don't like using IE and feel safer on Firefox but its not working for Netflix.

The following help page is what I followed when Netflix support just pointed me there then to you:

https://help.netflix.com/article/en/node/95?ba=GSButtonClick&q=blank%20screen

None of it worked. I even when on Mozilla Support and took off hardware acceleration and restarted firefox but it still didn't work.
