In the latest version 30 it opens slowly and gets stuck on "select a country" instead of going to my homepage.

When I start Firefox version 30 which I just downloaded the new version, it hangs up on "Select a Country". I then have to click on the homepage icon and then it goes to my Yahoo homepage. My country of choice was previously established. I have also noticed it now works at about half the speed as the previous version. Which I believe was version 29. It also now frequently hangs up and in some cases it tells me "Firefox is no longer responding". I then have to shut it down and restart the Firefox application. I have attempted to go back to the previous version via Mozilla's webpage. But when I attempt to download it, it tells me the older version is not available to me. I am unhappy about this as I enjoyed the previous version very much with no problems.

Hello,

can you try restarting Firefox in safe mode.

Safe Mode is a special Firefox mode that can be used to troubleshoot and fix problems. Safe Mode temporarily resets some settings and disables add-ons that might be causing problems. By comparing Firefox behavior in normal mode to its behavior in Safe Mode you may be able to pinpoint the cause of the problem.

Also ,you have two different version of Flash installed(Shockwave Flash 13.0 r0 and Shockwave Flash 12.0 r0) , please remove the older one.
