I cant recieve fax confirmations

I have connected my email to that of my bosses so we can send and receive faxes, they send faxes all the time and get confirmations that the fax was delivered. I have sent faxes and have not received any faxes saying that they were delivered. This is a business and I need to be able to fax documents all day every day.
