Why can't I contact You with ACTUAL FEEDBACK

more options

Why can't I contact You with ACTUAL FEEDBACK? Why does Firefox Vers 28 allow me to download complete webpage files but Vers 30 does not? Plugins, Addons, Internet Security are all the same on both systems. I can download the files in IE but not Firefox. What gives? I use NoScript, Better Privacy, Ghostery, and Kaspersky Internet Security configured the same on both systems. The only reason I checked is because on certain sites, I can't download files and the view completely. Firefox Vers 30 will download but not create a complete html link in the directory so that I can open and view the file.

Hi obliviondoll, the feedback site is here:

https://input.mozilla.org/feedback

It is the page that opens if you use the Help menu in Firefox and choose Submit Feedback...

You can supply your email address on the feedback site in case the people reviewing the feedback have any questions, but I think it's rare that you would be contacted so you should not expect a response.

Also, I don't know whether you scrolled down past the map on the contact page, but there are links down there (see attached screen shot):

There is a feedback site, but it doesn't talk back. This forum is the most interactive resource for Firefox questions.

Is this problem on your Windows XP system?

When you save pages, I assume you are choosing "complete" in order to download the folder of images and other related assets. For the problem pages, do you notice anything unusual about the page names? Or to put that another way, if you override the name suggested by Firefox and give it a short file name like july17.html when you save it, does that help?

Where is this alleged "feedback" site?

And how come there's no evidence of its existence in the "Contact Us" page when there are a whole bunch of ways to get directed to a forum packed with people who don't actually work for Mozilla but love helping out?

Great job from a lot of the people who do help out here, but it's kind of ridiculous that a link labeled "Contact Us" leads to ways you can contact everyone EXCEPT the company you're trying to reach.

Wow I logged into my account here & could not find anywhere to help everyone with the Firefox 32 update patch or whatever that was. The update failed over & over & was just trying to tell anyone that if you download a fresh copy of Firefox & run as administrator install it overwrites the files & updates. I don't see why there is not an easier way to contribute like "A BUTTON" that says help Firefox or "Report a problem" or give help whatever. I'm outa here this is ridiculous. I even wanted to be a beta tester & there contact and communication with the team is WOW impossible !

locking as this thread has moved off the original question of how or where to provide FEEDBACK to Mozilla
