sometimes writing an email the cursor and/or print stops showing in the email. Although sometimes I can go to another line and it will start to print, but not where I want it to in the email. Then, when I print out the email it will show me the type that I was trying to say in the email, but not the way I wanted it to read because I couldn't see it then. I use firefox to get on the internet, but then I am routed to the home page of AOL.
