fire fox crashes with flashplayer every time

How quickly does this happen? If it's pretty fast, in other words, you don't have to wait hours and hours, could you test in Firefox's Safe Mode? That's a standard diagnostic tool to deactivate extensions and some advanced features of Firefox. More info: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.
You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:
- "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
- Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
Not all add-ons are disabled: Flash and other plugins still run
After Firefox shuts down, a small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Reset).
Any difference?
If the problem persists in Safe Mode, this is some standard guidance that addresses the most common issues with the Flash Player plugin, separate from extensions. I'm sure you've seen some of it before, but just in case:
(1) Disable hardware acceleration in Flash
See this support article from Adobe: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html#main_Solve_video_playback_issues
(2) Disable the protected mode feature
You can do this by creating or editing a settings file. The following pages/posts provide different ways to do that:
- Adobe support article under the heading "Last Resort": Adobe Forums: How do I troubleshoot Flash Player's protected mode for Firefox?
- Batch file to automate the manual steps: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/982093#answer-518078
Flash needs to completely unload from memory (exiting and starting Firefox up again might help) before this takes effect.
I have done all the steps including disabling protected mode, and removing hardware acceleration, and tried resetting firefox both in safemode and normal mode but still it persists on crashing.
Could you post some of your recent crash IDs? This article (last section) describes how to extract those: Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly).
