How do I import contacts from an excell spreadsheet - can import to contacts or just to compose an an email

I want to import from excel to send an email to a list of tenants - how do I get them from the excel spreadsheet to the "Compose" or "Contacts" I copied and pasted them in the TO: area of am email but they had no commas or colons to separate them - help?

hello, sorry firefox is just a browser and doesn't handle your emails. if you're having issues importing contacts to your webmail account you might need to contact the support of your webmail provider...
