BrailleBack frequently crashes in Firefox.

more options

I am a blind user, and have both Talkback and Brailleback running on my Samsung Tab S 8.4 tablet. I have noticed frequent Brailleback crashes in Firefox when: 1. I'm asked if I want to save login information on a particular site. 2. I press Menu, for example, when attempting to share an article.

Is there anyway of minimizing this apparent instability with Brailleback? It doesn't seem to matter how many other apps are running, although I try and keep this number below 5.

Thank you for any help you can provide.

I received a reply from Marco one of our Accessibility engineers. We would like to know if you have any Firefox crash reports? Typing about:crashes into the Firefox address bar and loading that page will retrieve any crash ids. If there are any please share them with us.

He is able to use Brailleback on a couple Google Nexus devices without experiencing crashing.

There were several crash ids. I saved the page as a .PDF. Can I attach here--I only find one for pictures--or is there an e-mail I can send to?

Thank you.

Hopefully my second e-mail got you the correct information.

Question, is this the correct forum to post additional accessibility concerns, or should I post those elsewhere?

Thank you.
