Can Firefox run under Windows 8RT (32 bits). I am unable to install the program

I downloaded the installing file for Firefox on a Surface with a Windows 8RT (32 bits) operating system and when I try to run it I get a message saying that the program can not be run in this system or something like that. Can any body tell me if there us a version for Windows 8?

It is for Windows 8 and 8.1 but not for RT using ARM cpu's.

Also note that Microsoft limits the software that can be run on Windows RT. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_RT#Restrictions_and_compatibility_limitations
