How do I arrange the folders under the 'Inbox' in a different order?

At the moment 'Drafts' are first, followed by 'Sent', 'Trash' and so on. I have created new folders and would like them to be above 'Drafts'.

You could try Manually sort folders. In Thunderbird Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons > Search bar on the top right search for folder, or Manually sort folders, and Install the Manually sort folders extension.
