Is it listed in the Add-ons Manager? Is there an Options button? User instructions?

Hi FredMcD thank you for your kindly help.No Orbit is not listed in add-ons Manager and after check all the DL Managers available to Firefox 32.0.1 seems is not compatible or available to Firefox.I've added already other-Dailymotion video DL hope it can be fast (using mirrors) as Orbit Thanks again

Sorry that I don't know that program. I might have been more help.

Well this Dailymotion video DLoader is on the huge list that Firefox has available and can install directly to its browser.I did install it and now DMV is on the add-ons manager but it doesn't work either,is active but Firefox doesn't show any link or box to work with it.I use also IE8 but is pretty inestable although IE accepts quite well any external DL manager as Orbit. I think I'll keep using IE8 without problems though Firefox consume less memory and its more fast to opening the net

There should be an options list on the add-on or its icon.

If the icon is not on the Firefox window, Type about:customizing in the address bar and press Enter. In the new window, look for the icon. When you find it, hold down the left button on it, and move it to where you want it to be. You can move any of the icons you want from here, but some icons are locked in place.

Hi Fred thanks for your reply.Yes I know the customize link or page.I've moving or dragging some apps from there but DMV icon isn't there.I re-intalled it and shows the add-ons presence but any icon is active to move it up from there.I did install other FDM-free download manager-and the same result.Strange 'cause I went to the DMV site and says "when you install DMV into your browser will be pretty ease 'cause a blue botón with a White down arrow will be in your video page to download any FLV or Mp4 format"???? Nothing shows up here. I've seen other users have the same problem with Firefox for integrate any external DL manager. Anyway Fred thanks for your time and your help

You got me curious and I did some searching for free downloaders. The first one I tried was from Microsoft. But I could not figure out how to make it work.

I am now trying something called Free Download Manager. One great thing is, its faster then Firefox ! ? ! ?

It hooks into almost any browser as far as I can tell. It looks like it can do torrents also, but I have not tried it yet.

Hi cor-el tell you I did install FlashGot tool and works ok,easy to handle on Firefox, although it has a lot of instructions we can work with it easly.Even more we can select our DL manager by default like FDM or Orbit and so on. Works a bit slow than work with Orbit directly but FlashGot detect the url vid at once from any site and then customize where to send and change the vid name Thanks again Anytime Jorge

Hola Fred good to know you're curios about this matter.Yes FDM is fast near to Orbit performance and also DAP.As you know depends on your IP speed connec and the speed of the site's servers.Hope you have last versión of FDM v 9.3.4.Have a doubt what kind of DL manager you got from Microsoft? Other you say FDM is faster than Firefox, you mean the DL by default in Firefox? By my experience in browsers in its DL default tolos, all are pretty slow comparing with any external DL manager--that's why I use always external DLManagers--if you want to get a pic or an image or a video clip of 1 min there's no problem with any browser but I download heavy files from 200 to 600 MB--my IP connec speed is 6 MB Greets

Hi Tora bisu thank you for your help.I know DAP since time ago and yes it is pretty fast using 6-7 mirrors same Orbit downloader. The issue with DAP to left it was too many ads all time and insist frecuently to upgrade it and buy the super-mega ultra Premium DAP--it's annoying to me.Also the problem was not what kind of DLManager to use but how integrate them to Firefox and seems Firefox is a bit fussy about external add-ons Anytime Tora Jorge
