There is if you use the menu bar as specified above.

If you are using the AppMenu button it is under New Message for some unknown reason. The menus in the AppMenu tree are so messed up I try to never refer to them.

You have mail sent to two different email addresses by establishing two different email addresses and giving those email addresses out to people.

If your question is how to add the second, established, email address to Thunderbird, go to the Menu Bar and select File-New-Existing Mail Account. Fill in the requested details.

No menu bar? Press the alt key.
