Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer that you may not be aware of. The apps are managed by the firefox marketplace.However you can check about:apps-manager or the marketplace website when signed in. The apps are accessible also from an android device in the Settings > Tools menu if this is where you installed them.
