I opened Firefox to a new version. All my bookmarks and add-ons are gone. I found the profiles on my computer, but your directions to sync haven't solved my problem. Thanks for creating this problem for me. maybe I will stop using your browser if this is what you are going to do in the future. I am really pissed off!
