"The Connection was reset" Error while attempting to load Hotmail
I've had Hotmail for a few years now and never had a problem with it. A couple of days ago when I went to check my mail it stopped working and I got the "The Connection was reset" error (See attached picture). I've tried deleting everything (Browsing & Download History, Form & Search History, Cookies, Cache, Active Logins, Offline Website Data, Site Preferences), and it still doesn't work. I'm not running any add-ons/plugins or firewall software. I've tried running Firefox in safe mode and tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing is working. I've even tried on Google Chrome and Internet Explorer and I'm getting the same errors. Ideas?

For some reason the image didn't post or I'm just to dumb to find it but here's the words:
"The connection was reset The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web."
Also I forgot to add I can access it from my phone and from my laptop it's just my desktop which doesn't load it. I can also ping www.hotmail.com and everything indicates normal. I can access all other sites from my desktop it just wont load hotmail.

You said that not only Firefox, but the other browsers were blocked?
The problem may be a blocking program.
Start your Computer in safe mode. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites.
